God’s Vision: It’s Time for Execution

Habakkuk 2:3
For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

Are you ready to be used by God? Before responding, God wants you to truly look beyond your normal cliche’ response and look to what He has planned for you and how you will be used for his glory this year… starting today, even right now. God has already given you the game plan and what’s necessary for you to be effective, but He wants you to realize that the time that you used to spend getting beyond your doubts, fears, personal agenda, and opinion is precious time you don’t have anymore. That time and opportunity now is purposed for the advancement of you in His Kingdom and you in it. Now is the time for God’s vision in your life to be executed – His Word has to do what it’s set out to do.

You see, believer, that was the point in Him giving you the time to write the vision in the first place… so you can count up the cost and see what lies ahead. That was the time to work out the insecurities. But be assured, knowing that in God instructing you to write the vision, He’s already given you the keys to victory. In His eyes, it’s already accomplished. He want’s you to see all that had to be done in order for you to be the vessel He is going to use and for you to be all that you are called to be. It’s to draw your focus in, but let you know that He placed it in your hands for you to be trusted with it.

This is the time that “it shall speak, and not lie”… and it will be all in His timing. You writing the vision isn’t for you to get trapped up in timelines, but for you to keep stock of the milestones God is performing and when. He knows just what we need to build our faith as we progress and what builds the integrity and character needed to maintain what He continues to bless us with. Whether it takes a day or the rest of the 364 days of the year, what God has promised shall be and it’ll be right on time.
